The 6th Degree is a daily logic puzzle where you trace a six-step chain of connections from top to bottom, linking seemingly unrelated topics through shared themes.
You're given six rows of tiles. Each row contains several options, but only one connects to all the tiles in the row below it. Your job is to build a logical thread from the first row down to a final destination topic at the bottom.
- Select 1 tile per row that relates to everything in the row beneath it.
- Submit your full chain once you've picked all six tiles.
- You have 4 attempts to get the sequence right.
- Each puzzle ends with an explanation of how all the correct tiles connect.
- Tap any tile after solving to learn why it was right or wrong.
- A new puzzle drops every day.
The sample puzzle shows how it works. If the bottom target is "Spice Mines," you might pick Luke Skywalker (row 1), then Millennium Falcon (row 2), then Kessel Run (row 3), threading Star Wars connections downward until you land on the final answer.
Why we like it:
- β Rewards both trivia knowledge and lateral thinking in equal measure.
- β That moment when the chain clicks into place is deeply satisfying.
- β Even wrong answers teach you surprising connections between topics.
Hint: Start by scanning the bottom row. Knowing your destination helps you spot the common thread running through earlier rows. Work backward if you get stuck.
