Word Escalator

Word Escalator is a daily word ladder puzzle where your mission is to transform one word into another by changing one letter at a time in as few moves as possible.

You start with a four-letter word and a target word. Each step requires swapping a single letter to create a new valid English word. Keep going until you reach the goal. The challenge is finding the shortest path, matching or beating the optimal solution.
